The Investment Real Estate Passion runs deep in Dean Thomas's blood - in his early years, he eagerly followed the progression of raw land from concept to development, all the way through to final completion. An exceedingly successful negotiator - he has brought millions of dollars to the table for sellers of development lands and arranged high-level financing for developers.
Formally educated at Champlain College in St. Lambert Quebec - he completed his DEC in Commerce. Immediately after graduation, he took to the industry selling commercial strata properties and retail shopping strips for Marzim Developments. Within a year, he was promoted to oversee the retail portfolio, where he was responsible for close to 1 million square of retail space. He worked across Canada, completing projects in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal.

Dean specializes in working with owners, stratas, and developers to prepare parcels of land and new developments such as high-rise buildings, townhouse sites, and shopping malls. As a senior realtor and negotiator, his networks run deep into the Lower Mainland Development Community. "During my 30-year career in real estate, many changes have taken place, but that means that I can see the right opportunities. Sometimes that means having to make difficult decisions that I believe will provide the best value for my clients."
When not completing real estate transactions or providing counsel to clients, Dean can be found spending time working with many different charities. One of the ones closest to his heart is the Vancouver General Hospital Foundation.
