Sumir Chauhan, P.ENG, MBA - one of Klein Group's Business Brokers and retail advisors. He knows a thing or two about advising clients in the marketing and brokerage of businesses and commercial real estate. Experienced in both buyer and seller representation, Sumir has long been committed to negotiating the best possible outcomes for his clients. He is supported by an incredible team at Klein Group and proud of the outstanding service that they provide to every client.
Mr. Chauhan originally hails from India, where he completed his degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. Following the completion of his academia, he spent 19 years representing many different organizations as a real estate consultant and business owner.
Sumir specializes in guiding local, national, and multi-national clients with the commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage services, and project marketing initiatives. These include listing for some exclusive companies such as HB Group, Bharti Comtel Ltd., The Children Place, Borg Warner, All Cargo, and others.
