Getting the Right Results for Thais and Alexandr

The Challenge

It is a top floor unit with outside entry at the same time and had a feel similar to that of a townhouse. Overall, the size of the property was 1000 sq. ft with an efficient layout. Lots of windows which let light in, two full bedrooms and bathrooms – it is a place where no one is above you and no one is below you. A great opportunity to own a unique property.

Alex, a real estate investor in his own right, had some concerns about the property, such as the length of ownership and how listing it might look to potential buyers. Add to this the interest in moving to a new location, and you can see a challenging sale about to take place. “We were looking to move to the island and had found a property in Nanaimo – at the same time I needed the help of a team that could deliver the right results, in a quick timeframe,” said Alex.

The Solution

Whenever the team gets a new listing, one of the first things that they do is a walkthrough with the clients. 3. Marketing the Property Right

The Results

The property sold for over $100,000 above asking with 15 offers and one accepted back up offer on the books in case the first one fell through, and the accepted offer was completed within 10 days of listing.
