Duties to

  • Manage agent data input, contract administration, and business systems
  • Directing multiple and diverse personalities
  • Creation of listing packages and marketing materials and tracking
  • Research (Pre-listing and Prospecting) for all agents
  • Approve professionals to assist with listings
  • Manage active listings and business development
  • Be the marketing and listing support person for all agents
  • Operate as the point of contact for submissions of agreements and listings
  • Collect and put together information for monthly newsletters
  • Order office supplies and signage
  • Set up of new agent profiles
  • Cooperate with web developers to monitor agent and company websites
  • Monitor agent transactions for award recognition
  • Update TV displays and passive marketing, remote systems
PRIORITIES:
(40%) – Listings - Complete listing packages and postings promptly (18+ agents)
(40%) – Listing Development - Capture new leads using set systems (FaceBook, email, mailers, websites)
(10%) – Prospecting Research - Gathering required information for agents’ farming areas
(10%) – Pre-listing Research - Preparation of information/packages

SUCCESS MEASURES:
  • Complete listing packages within 24 to 72 hours; 5 days for some listings
  • Attraction of new inquiries based on maximum exposure of listing
  • Consistency & professionalism with all marketing materials
  • Implementation of systems for listing support
  • Feedback from our own agents and how the role has impacted their business
Position:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND CONTRACT SUPPORT– FULL-TIME

REQUIREMENTS
  • Legal diploma or equivalent work experience

    Experience required:

    We are actively looking for an energetic and competent residential REALTOR® to further compliment our residential sales team. Our distinct and luxury home inventory is growing and the new construction projects generated from our commercial land sales are as well. This position is ideal for an established REALTOR® that is looking to increase their volume of business, add their professional knowledge to our group, benefit from a top performing team environment, use established systems and be provided with support staff. 3+ years of residential sales experience is an asset.

    Project Marketing Sales
    Experience required:

    We are actively looking to add a dynamic person to the team that will be able to lead and support a portion of our project marketing assignments.
    With our strong land sales over the past few years, there is a growing demand for our marketing services and sales expertise. Communication background and project sales experience is essential. 3+ years of residential sales or project marketing experience is an asset.

    We are actively looking to further our business brokerage department. We have a current portfolio of businesses for sale both in the small to medium range including transportation, manufacturing and farming. We have an already established referral base of immigration consultants, lawyers, and succession planning advisors referring both buyer and seller. In order to keep up our service levels we seek experience in business brokerage related activities: brokerage, mergers, acquisitions, planning, management, consulting, evaluation, immigration services or operations. 3+ years of business brokerage or related consulting experience is an asset.

    Industrial Real Estate Investment & Leasing

    We are actively looking for an professional full time REALTOR® with industrial real estate expertise in industrial land assembly, industrial land and building sales, leasing and project marketing. 3+ years of industrial real estate investment and leasing is an asset.
