Bready Wu
Residential Sales & Investment
With many years of experience in the hospitality industry, this has given Bready a high level of understanding of how important it is to follow Platinum Rule: Always treat others the way they want to be treated.
From growing up in a major city in China, completing education studies in Canada, and having the opportunity to travel around the world, Bready obtained a great sense of today’s civilization and understanding about peoples living environment. This has given her the confidence to provide services dynamically, which gives greater flexibility and allowing tailored services to clients’ specific needs.
Bready's goal is to help her clients fulfill their residential real estate needs, including finding a new home or relocating, downsizing, or upgrading, investing in rental properties, acquisitioning, and holding. She knows that real estate is a people business - She likes being able to build trust and strong relationships with her clients and knows how to be able to work with different people, and being able to determine their specific wants and needs.
In her spare time, she engages in learning new topics by reading books but also enjoys exciting sports such as sky diving, bungee jumping, horse riding, scuba diving, gun shooting, racing, dancing, and hiking intermediate trails.
“Since we have no time to regret, life is too short to not doing the right thing.”
