Originally from Iran, Pouria moved to Calgary in 2003 and relocated to Vancouver in 2008. While in Vancouver, he attended the University of British Columbia to complete a bachelor of commerce, with a specialization in real estate and finance. After University, he worked for TD Canada and RBC in personal finance – this informed his drive to help others reach their goals. He now utilizes this same client based focus to make a difference.

He specializes in commercial investment and leasing of retail properties in North and West Vancouver markets at Klein Group.

Pouria has built a solid business focus of dedication, communication, determination, and trust, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of his client’s real estate needs. “Just as the real estate industry evolves to become more competitive and efficient, so do I – but I also try to keep a hand on my past experience, because I feel it informs my ability to assist my clients in getting the right result for their property.”
