Randy Dionisio’s combination of creative design talent, website-building experience, photographic eye, technical and customer-service backgrounds, problem-solving skills, work ethic and always friendly demeanor make him the ideal Marketing Manager for the fast-paced Klein Group work environment.
Originally from the Toronto area, Randy attended the International Academy of Design And Technology before working in a variety of media positions at IBM, Top Drawer Creative, VComp Inc. and Rogers Communications, as well as freelance. He’s a multi-talented model of versatility, able to move seamlessly between different tasks while integrating everything in support of the Klein Group brand.
"I’ve been fortunate in that I’ve worked in many positions and developed a wide repertoire of design skills, with all of them tempered in particular by my work at Rogers as an Escalation Manager. Dealing directly with customers and their issues in such an intense role really jolted me out of my comfort zone, and at the same time taught me quite a bit about empathy, patience and problem-solving. These are truly core, transferable skills."
On his own time, Randy enjoys composing music, reading design blogs, and trying new and delicious food.
