Born and raised in East Vancouver, Graeme Lin’s background, education, work experience and character provided an ideal foundation for becoming the Medallion Award winning, residential REALTOR® that he is.
After finishing high school, Graeme earned a diploma in Architectural and Building Technology at BCIT’s prestigious School of Construction and the Environment. After completing the program he was registered with the Architectural Institute of BC as an Architectural Technologist, and worked for more than ten years with architectural firms in the Lower Mainland. In the process, Graeme developed an in-depth understanding of construction and design that enables him to effectively assess properties for the benefit of his clients.
Graeme actually got into real estate somewhat unexpectedly. "A REALTOR® friend and I were looking at a home and, by chance, we started chatting with the neighbours. I guess, as a result of my professional knowledge, they thought I was the REALTOR®. At that point my friend told me that I would probably make an excellent agent." Not long after, Graeme got his license and has been very successfully helping people with their real estate needs ever since.
Well-connected within his community and highly-personable, Graeme is viewed by his clients as honest, knowledgeable and always reachable, which is why so much of his business comes from past clients and referrals.
