Jorge – who relocated from Mexico to Vancouver in 2001 – received a Business diploma from Capilano University. Coupling his passion for real estate and his outgoing personality, he then founded a very successful private property management company in 2010, managing as many as 1000 properties across the Lower Mainland. From inspections on behalf of the mortgagee to assessing property conditions for sale, Jorge managed the full scope of asset management work for residential properties.
In 2015, Jorge decided to apply his real estate knowledge and experience to helping people purchase and sell properties through brokerage. "My property management background has actually helped many of my clients to troubleshoot properties before buying them. It has also enabled me to cost-effectively prepare my sellers' properties so they get top market value when they sell.
